Empowering the Muslim Community Through Islamic Finance

The Muslim community requires strong financial resources to enhance quality of life through economic empowerment, education, and da’wah. However, with rapid advancements in financial industries driven by knowledge and technology, Muslims risk being left behind. Hayba aims to bridge this gap by providing insights into Islamic financial instruments such as Islamic banking products, stocks, sukuk, takaful, and cryptocurrency, enabling greater Muslim participation and benefit.

One key Islamic financial instrument that deserves further development is wasiat (Islamic wills). Often misunderstood as only relevant for specific cases—such as adopted children or family members without inheritance rights—wasiat is, in fact, a divinely ordained tool to ensure that a portion of one’s wealth is invested in the hereafter. Many may not have the financial means to engage in waqf or sadaqah during their lifetime, but after passing, their unused assets can be directed towards eternal charitable investments.

Hayba will manage and invest funds from wasiat and hibah into Shariah-compliant businesses, ensuring sustainable growth. Profits will be partially distributed to those in need, while the remainder will be reinvested to expand the fund. This self-sustaining model will strengthen the community’s financial stability and reduce dependence on donations.

Additionally, Hayba is leading an asset development initiative through gold trading. In today’s economy, two major challenges persist: high inflation, which erodes savings, and investment scams. Gold offers a stable and secure asset, unaffected by inflation and safeguarded from scams, as Hayba securely holds the gold for investors until they decide to sell.

Through these initiatives, Hayba is committed to empowering the Muslim community by providing sustainable financial solutions, ensuring long-term economic resilience, and fostering self-reliance.

Will & Testament: A Sacred Obligation

At Hayba, we believe that no Muslim should pass away without having written a will, and the process of managing one’s will should be made easy. Therefore, Hayba is advocating for free will-writing services in collaboration with legal professionals. Why is this important?
