Islamic Estate Education, Consultation & Wasiat Support
At Hayba Pte Ltd, we are dedicated to strengthening the community’s understanding of Islamic estate planning. Our primary mission is to educate the public on the importance of preparing a wasiat (Islamic will) before death, ensuring one’s wishes are documented clearly, responsibly, and in accordance with Islamic principles and Singapore’s legal framework.
Educational & Consultation Services
- Understand the principles and requirements of a wasiat
- Learn how Islamic inheritance (faraid) is applied in Singapore
- Structure their wasiat in a way that reflects their wishes and obligations
- Navigate common questions on guardianship, asset listing, and distribution
These consultations are non-financial, non-advisory, and not investment-related. They are purely aimed at providing knowledge, clarity, and practical guidance to the public.
Executor & Administration Support
When appointed, Hayba Pte Ltd may act as the executor to ensure that the wasiat is implemented smoothly and ethically. Our role may include:
- Overseeing administrative procedures after death
- Coordinating required legal and estate documentation
- Ensuring the estate is distributed in accordance with the wasiat and applicable laws
- Supporting family members throughout the estate administration process
A Message of Purpose
As part of our community mission, we encourage all Muslims to think consciously about preparing for their journey to the hereafter. One of the functions of a wasiat is to ensure that a person’s wealth is organised responsibly, allowing for clear documentation of obligations, charitable intentions, and responsibilities that may serve as bekal akhirat (provisions for the afterlife).
This message is spiritual in nature and does not constitute financial advice or any form of investment solicitation. It simply reflects the Islamic teaching that proper planning is part of responsible stewardship (amanah) over one’s wealth.
Our Commitment
We aim to provide transparent, Shariah-aligned, and community-focused support that makes Islamic estate preparation easier, clearer, and more accessible to everyone—while maintaining full compliance with Singapore’s legal and regulatory requirements.
