Holding a degree in Shariah, he also possesses in-depth knowledge of Islamic finance, bridging the gap between traditional Islamic scholarship and contemporary educational practices. Dr. Badrul Fata Muhd Ridwan is a distinguished Islamic scholar with extensive expertise in Arabic language education and Islamic studies. As a former mentor teacher at Madrasah Irsyad Zuhri Al-Islamiah, he played a key role in developing Arabic language curricula and editing textbooks. He has also contributed to the secondary-level curriculum for Madrasah JMS and served as a full-time lecturer at Al-Zuhri Institute of Higher Education in Singapore.

In Islamic scholarship, Dr. Badrul has been an associate member of the Fatwa Committee of the Islamic Religious Council of Singapore (MUIS) since 2007, providing critical research insights for fatwa rulings. As a Core Trainer for the Asatizah Recognition Scheme (ARS), he trains and accredits religious educators in Singapore. Currently, he oversees religious, educational, and halal consultancy services as the Director of Hayba Consultancy.

Ustaz Muhammad Ismail Bin Mohamed Sarip is the Director of Hayba Pte Ltd and the founder of Hayba Halal Ventures, a trading arm specializing in sourcing, importing, and exporting premium Halal products across Southeast Asia and the Middle East. Transitioning from a background in Arabic language and Islamic sciences education, he is driven by a strong commitment to ethical business practices rooted in Islamic principles.
